Body Combat

Body Combat

    Body Combat is our ultimate warrior workout to develop co-ordination and release stress. Destroy calories as you learn to punch, kick, block and strike. Get a whole body workout that targets every muscle group..
    You can adjust a Body Combat workout to suit. Our instructors always show options to work at your own level. Start with 1-2 classes a week and discover your warrior fitness in no time at all.

Fusion

    Fusion combines two different Les Mills programs delivered back-to-back to give you more variety in a single 60 min class. Fusion classes will keep your workout energetic, challenging and fun.
    Healthy weight means minor fluctuations in the scales are normal, but you have enough energy to handle anything you need and want to do. Healthy weight reflects a balanced, whole food diet with plenty of raw vegetables and regular exercise, adequate sleep and sparing indulgence

H.I.I.T

H.I.I.T

H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training.
    HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism. Compared with other regimens, HIIT may not be as effective for treating hyperlipidemia and obesity, or improving muscle and bone mass.

Zumba

Zumba is an aerobic fitness program which usually includes dancing slow and fast Latin American dance movements in international songs which is usually a fun. It also strengthens your heart and boosts your mood. Aerobic exercise reduces health risks, removes excess pounds from your body; You will surely enjoy doing Zumba once you join the program. If you enjoy Zumba, you will also try to do it regularly as it is fun and not at all boring as doing exercise. You can go to a Zumba class for 150 minutes per week or a minimum of 75 minutes a week will be also a good choice.
